We do everything possible to ensure product quality. However, if you encounter a quality problem, please use the contact form to reach out to us within 30 days of receiving the product.
Note that we do not accept quality inquiries in the following circumstances:
・More than 30 days after the product arrived
・Used, laundered, dry cleaned, processed, or repaired products
・Products soiled, broken, or scratched by the customer
・Product defects determined to have occurred after use and not present initially
・Returns for reasons attributable to the customer (wrong size, not as expected, mistaken orders, multiple purchases/orders, unable to use as intended, etc.)
・Soiled, broken, or crushed product packaging (outer bags or boxes). Does not apply in cases where the product itself is also soiled or damaged.
・Products obtained from a third party (purchased outside of A!SMART).
・Lost products or products that the customer only has part of or the accessories for
・Situations where it is determined that product conditions will not hinder product use
