TENSO(Shipping and Protection against damages/non-delivery premium)

Products ordered from A!SMART will be shipped to the TENSO warehouse.

Customers can receive their products by going to the TENSO site and completing the forwarding procedures (confirming the shipment and paying the TENSO service fees).

 

●You must be a TENSO member to use their services.

To use the TENSO service, a separate fee of JPY 880 is required to ship your products from A!SMART to the TENSO warehouse.

Shipping fees are 330JPY for purchases over 10,000JPY.
