"NEW 70'S This is just the beginning!" Keisuke Kuwata new single "Hitotarashi" is released!!
Having reached the age of 70, Keisuke Kuwata has proclaimed himself a "NEW 70'S" artist.
In Japan, folk songs, new music, and popular songs enjoyed their golden age, while in the US, Europe, and other countries, rock and pop music rose to prominence as the center of music culture. This transitional period is precisely the "70's" era that became an integral part of Kuwata's life as a musician, and it suggests that he is about to be reborn in the Reiwa era as a "NEW 70'S."
Thus, Keisuke Kuwata released his 18th solo CD single, "Hitotarashi".
The song, their first CD single in nine years since 2017, is scheduled for release on Wednesday, June 24th. It features an exhilarating beat and a dynamic minor-key guitar riff reminiscent of classic group sounds.
This album includes "Hitotarashi," the opening theme song for the TV anime "Akane Banashi" broadcast on TV Asahi and other networks, as the first track; "AKANE On My Mind ~Manju Kowai," the ending theme song for the same anime, as the second track; and a new song, "Minamitani Music City," as the third track.
Furthermore, it has been decided that the album will include four songs written specifically for Kanro's corporate commercial, "Towards a Sweet Future!!"
