■ Dori Sakurada comment
I was wondering if I'd ever release another one, but thankfully, I'm able to release a new calendar this year as well!
The theme for this project is "Japan." I've been doing a lot of filming and work overseas recently, so this time I focused on creating content that would allow people to rediscover the charm of Japan.
The shooting location was Kyoto. This time, I mainly photographed at Hoshino Resorts' accommodation facility, Hoshinoya Kyoto, which I had been interested in for some time. I think the atmosphere and scenery I felt during my stay are directly reflected in the world of the calendar.
I hope that spending a year with this calendar will inspire you to think, "I want to visit Kyoto," or "I want to learn more about wonderful places in Japan."
And, although it might be a little premature, if I have the opportunity to release calendars again in the future, I'd like to visit some fascinating places in Japan that I haven't yet discovered.
We hope you will also enjoy our 2026 calendar!
