MAPKAR is a new material made by powdering high-quality used paper and waste paper, using the paper powder as the main raw material, and using polyolefin resin as a binder to pelletize it. It has been developed as a material that can be molded in the same way as conventional plastic materials, such as injection molding, extrusion molding, sheet molding, and molding by thermoforming, and is attracting attention as a post-plastic raw material. Until now, paper hangers were mainly made by punching out thick paper with a mold, but the main body here is three-dimensionally molded. In addition, since the main body is treated as paper, it can be incinerated, and greenhouse gas emissions can be reduced by approximately 35%.
