【story】
Ryosuke (Tori Matsuzaka), who runs a cafe, suddenly finds his life shattered one day. His father, who raised him single-handedly, is diagnosed with a terminal illness, and his fiancée, Chie (Nana Seino), whom he was about to marry, suddenly disappears. Unable to accept these events that occurred just as he was about to start a new family, Ryosuke comes across a notebook in the closet of his childhood home. The notebook, titled "Yurigokoro," contains the diary of a woman named Misako (Yuriko Yoshitaka). It is a shocking confession from a woman who can only connect with the world she lives in by killing people.
Misako eventually has a fateful encounter with Yosuke (Kenichi Matsuyama) and comes into contact with the emotion of "love," which she had never known before. However, this was only the beginning of further tragedy.
As Ryosuke delves deeper into Misako's life amidst his own despair, he gradually begins to doubt that the story is mere fiction. Who wrote it, and for what purpose? Why is he so drawn to this journal? And as if waiting for the right moment, Hosoya (Tae Kimura), a former colleague of Chie's, appears before Ryosuke with a message from Chie…
