【story】
Childhood friends Genno and Kato are run over by a train trying to help a drunken man who has fallen on the railroad tracks. The next moment they were in a room in an unfamiliar apartment. Similarly, "people who should have died" were gathered there, and in the center of the living room, a mysterious big black ball called "Gantz" boasted a strange presence. In that room where you are not allowed to leave, "Gantz" gives you a mission to survive. It is "fighting and killing the aliens". Transferred to the battlefield, they confront a strange alien who does not know who they are. When you return to the room after the battle, you will be scored by "Gantz", and when you defeat the aliens and score "100", you will be released from this world or you will be informed that you can revive your favorite person. Temporarily returned to the world of. A chain of battles that does not end until you get "100". "People who should have died" who continue to live in the original world without knowing when they will be recalled. Genno who awakens to the battle and chooses to survive, and Kato who hates the world dominated by violence and denies the battle.
