【story】
A small town in Okinawa. Japan and the United States, a place where two "countries" separated by a fence exist. There, a high school band was very popular. With her ability to sing her own songs and make her enthusiastic about what she sees, she received a scout from a label in Tokyo and decided to make her professional debut. However, a car rushes into them, who are excited by the height of joy, and the band loses track of where they are going. A demo tape of a song and a girl living in a US military base appeared there. With them, the hands of the stopped clock begin to move forward. In order to deliver the "feelings" of their friends to the other side of the fence, they pick up the instrument again.
