【story】
In a small town in Okinawa, two "countries"—Japan and America—separated by a fence, exist. There, a high school band was gaining immense popularity. With their ability to perform their own songs and captivate audiences, they were scouted by a Tokyo record label and, incredibly, secured a professional debut. However, as they were at the height of their joy, a car crashed into them, leaving the band lost and without direction. Then, a demo tape and a girl living on the US military base appeared. These things set the stopped clock in motion again. To deliver their friend's "feelings" to the other side of the fence, they pick up their instruments once more and rise again.
