【story】
Haruka Nozaki (Anna Yamada), the protagonist who transferred from Tokyo to the countryside, is treated as an "outsider" and subjected to brutal bullying. Haruka's only ally is her classmate, Akira Aiba (Hiroya Shimizu), who also transferred schools. Haruka desperately endures, relying on him as her emotional support, but the harassment from the bullying group led by the class queen bee, Xiaohei Oguro (Rinka Otani), escalates day by day. Then, one day, a raging fire engulfs Haruka's house. Haruka's younger sister, Shoko, survives, albeit with severe burns, but her parents lose their lives. Haruka's mind breaks after encountering this unexpected tragedy. Eventually, the bullies, fearing that the truth of the incident will be revealed, force Haruka to commit suicide, but this triggers Haruka to learn the truth of the incident, and she begins a gruesome revenge against the bullies who took her family, risking her own life... The hepatica nobilis (Liverleaf) is a flower that blooms after enduring a harsh winter, seemingly breaking through the snow. Can Haruka endure a harsh winter like Liverleaf and bloom beautifully...? What path will Haruka choose...?
