Customers who place an order during the following period will start shipping sequentially from mid-September 2021, and will complete shipping by Tuesday, September 14, 2021 .

● If you place an order with other "advance mail order" or "reserved items" all the products will be shipped together once the product with the latest shipping date is in stock. Items will not necessarily be shipped in the order of orders received. The Shipping dates may be earlier or later depending on the number of items ordered, the payment method, the destination region, and the current stock status..
● If you use "convenience store / electronic payment" as the payment method, please pay within the payment deadline stated in the order completion email. If the payment deadline has passed even one day, we will not be able to deliver the product by the time the concert is held.
● We cannot accept any changes to the order details or cancellations due to customer's convenience after the order is confirmed.
● You cannot specify the delivery date and time. If you are absent on the delivery date, please follow the procedure for receiving the item according to the notice of absence posted by the courier. If the courier's storage period expires without completing the receipt procedure, we will not be able to deliver the product to you by the time the concert is held.
