For customers who ordered during the following period, we will start shipping sequentially from mid-September 2021 and plan to complete shipping by Tuesday, September 14, 2021.
August 26, 2021 (Thursday) 12:00 to September 5, 2021 (Sunday) 23:59
●If you place an order with other "advance mail-order sales" or "reserved items", all the products will be shipped together once the product with the latest shipping date is in stock. Items will not necessarily be shipped in the order of orders received. Shipping dates may be earlier or later depending on the number of items ordered, the payment method, the destination region, and the current stock status..
●If you use "convenience store/electronic payment" as your payment method, please pay within the payment deadline stated in the order completion email. If the payment deadline has passed by even one day, we will not be able to deliver the product before the live performance.
●We cannot accept any changes to the contents of the order after the order is confirmed, or cancellation due to customer's convenience.
●Delivery date cannot be specified. If you are absent on the delivery date, please follow the delivery procedure to receive the product according to the notice of absence posted by the courier. If the delivery company's storage period has passed without you being able to complete the receipt procedure, we will not be able to deliver the product to you by the time the live is held.
