＜STORY＞
Akiko Hayashi (Mei Nagano), a high school student who loves manga, spends her days surrounded by her gentle family and friends in Miyazaki. Filled with unfounded confidence, she harbors the dream of attending art school and becoming a manga artist. However, her classmate Kitami (Ai Mikami), who has a harsh view of reality, recommends that she attend an art class to prepare for the entrance exam. She is introduced to an art class near the sea. There, Akiko meets the teacher, Kenzo Hidaka (Yo Oizumi), who shouts angrily and wields a bamboo sword.
Akiko attends art classes almost every day, receiving strict instruction from her teacher, Mr. Hidaka. "Draw!" - Driven by his words, Akiko continues to paint every day in preparation for her entrance exams to art school. Although Mr. Hidaka is strict, he believes in Akiko's talent and encourages her to become a painter.
Akiko entered Kanazawa College of Art and separated from her teacher, and her days went by without her painting. One day, Hidaka-sensei came to visit her in Kanazawa. However, Akiko, unaware of his feelings, coldly brushes him off. She has not been able to tell Hidaka-sensei that she really wants to become a shojo manga artist.
The teacher hoped for the future of the two, but Akiko told a cruel lie. As if to escape from Hidaka-sensei, Akiko finally fulfilled her dream of becoming a manga artist and leads busy days, but then her teacher tells her a shocking truth...
The nine years that could never be depicted and the hidden feelings that are revealed.
