Starting with the encounter between Hojo Yoshitoki (Oguri Shun) and Minamoto no Yoritomo (Yo Oizumi), the film depicts the Battle of Ishibashi Mountain, the encounter with Kamiaso Hirotsune (Sato Koichi), the Battle of Fuji River, the encounter with Minamoto no Yoshitsune (Sugata Masaki), and the changing relationship with his childhood friend, Yae (Aragaki Yui).
