【story】
Ken Osanai (Yo Oizumi), who was doing well at work and at home, changed his life when he lost his beloved wife Kozue (Kou Shibasaki) and daughter Ruri in an accident. A man named Tetsuhiko Misumi (Ren Meguro) visits Osanai, who is in deep sorrow. On the day of the accident, Osanai's daughter was coming to see him, who should have never met him. I tell you that it might have been.

Two seemingly unrelated stories are connected after decades.
