【Story】
Shogo Kirizawa (Takuya Kimura), who achieved the glorious feat of achieving four boxing crowns in high school, has since suffered repeated bad luck and now has lost hope of living completely. He worked part-time pizza delivery jobs and spent his days saying, "I can die at any time."
Trying to cheer him up was his best friend Seiichiro Kai (Ken Yasuda who worked up a sweat with Kirizawa in high school on the boxing club. It was. However, Kirizawa is completely different from those days, stubbornly unwilling to imagine a bright future... Seriously worried about his future, Kai consults with Kenzo Ashiya (Akira Karamoto), the former coach of the boxing club at his alma mater, Matsubadai High School, and tries to appoint Kirizawa to replace Ashiya. Of course, Kirizawa himself is very backward-looking. However, Kirizawa, who was sent from his mentor Ashiya to Tsuchishita-za, could not refuse and returned to his alma mater as a "temporary coach" instead of a coach.
Unlike in the past, Matsubadai High School is now a preparatory school that also produces students who have passed the University of Tokyo. Ever since Ashiya stepped down as coach, the boxing club had also been noticeably weakened. What's more, the principal, Makoto Oba (Yuki Uchida), plots to crush the boxing club soon, citing the fact that he has not met the number of club members required for club activity approval!
Meanwhile, Aoi Orihara (Hikari Mitsushima), who was suddenly appointed as an advisor, also had no feelings or knowledge of boxing.
In front of a new coach and a new advisor who do not feel enthusiasm at all, the members of the boxing club are driven by various thoughts. Just then, when he learns that Kirizawa is the one who once achieved the Four Crowns, the manager Kaito Iba (Kaito Takahashi) wonders what he thought, and suddenly applies for public sparring ...!?
