[Explanation]
"Reiwa Kamen Rider 3rd" is a hero who contracts with the devil! ?? The enemy is a Satan worship organization called Deadmans. Deadman's uses a mysterious stamp called a bi-stamp to materialize the devil hidden in humans and create a monster called Deadman.
In order to protect an important family from the devil's hands of Deadman, the main character, Kazuki Igarashi, contracts with the devil, Vice, who lives inside. Ikki transforms into "Kamen Rider Revice", and the devil's vise transforms into "Kamen Rider Vise". "Masked Rider Revise", the strongest combination of "one person and two", called "hero and devil form a partner" is born!
