【story】
Nozomi Tsumura is a girl who hates dreams because her motto is "steadily and steadily".
When he was young, his father failed in his business and moved to the Noto region of Ishikawa prefecture as if he were running away at night.
Nozomi, whose work and love were first and foremost, regained her dream of being a cake maker through various encounters, and challenged rigorous training in Yokohama with the aim of becoming the best pastry chef in the world.
Eventually, the path chosen by Nozomi, who grew up as a pastry chef.
