【story】
Rio Sasaoka (Erika Ikuta) is a high school teacher of Gen Z who entered the field of education with dreams and hopes. However, the harshness of the job is beyond her imagination, and she is living such a stressful life that she is considering quitting in her second year. Students who interpret "freedom" in a broad way and behave freely, parents and local residents who have excessive expectations of the school, and older teachers who push the responsibility of dealing with problems onto younger teachers... Rio vents her daily complaints on a secret social media account, gets her kind boyfriend to listen, and vents moderately by saying, "Teachers are human too!", while somehow maintaining a balance with her natural energy and cheerfulness.
However, his patience finally reaches its limit. He decides to resign, but at the same time, a vacancy occurs in the position of homeroom teacher, and for some reason, Rio is asked to fill the vacancy. This is Rio's first time being put in charge of third graders, and his teaching career becomes even more thorny! What will Rio's fate be?
