The "Kamen Rider x Kamen Rider MOVIE War" series began with an exciting development in which the "beginning" of a new Kamen Rider and the "end" of an active Kamen Rider merged. In 2016, the 45th anniversary of Kamen Rider's birth, we will bring a new "shock" and achieve "level up"!
From the joint battle of the two major Kamen Riders that had been the base until now, five Kamen Riders will become a dream team at once and evolve into a big-scale battle that confronts the crisis of humankind.
Human beings have fallen into an unprecedented crisis due to the invasion of the unidentified game virus life form "Pac-Man". While the infection spreads with terrifying momentum, Takeru Tenkuji = Kamen Rider Ghost becomes infected with the virus and loses the ability to transform. Kamen Rider Exaid = Emu Hojo finds out the identity of the enemy and its source of infection, but it leads to a certain "serious truth" that also affects his destiny! Exaid and ghost. Only those men can rescue the two riders and humanity from this desperate crisis.
How do Kamen Riders called Legends overcome this crisis? The wizard who set out in search of a place of rest, Gaim who disappeared from this ground, and the drive who lost Mr. Belt, how will it be resurrected before us? The new fate that attacks Takeru, the miracle gathering of successive Kamen Riders, and the secret that directly leads to the Ex-Aid TV series are revealed in this story.
