<Advance mail order order acceptance period>

For customers who placed orders during the period below, we will start shipping sequentially from early March 2024, and we plan to complete shipping by Friday, March 15, 2024.
●If you place an order with other ``advance mail order'' or ``pre-order items, all the products will be shipped together once the product with the latest shipping date is in stock. Items will not necessarily be shipped in the order of orders received. Shipping dates may be earlier or later depending on the number of items ordered, the payment method, the destination region, and the current stock status..
●If you are using "convenience store/electronic payment" as your payment method, please pay within the payment deadline stated in the order completion email. If you miss the payment deadline by even one day, we will not be able to deliver the product in time for the live performance.
●We cannot accept any changes to the order details or cancellations due to the customer's convenience after the order has been confirmed.
●It is not possible to specify the delivery date and time. If you are not present on the delivery date, please follow the notification of absence posted by the delivery company to receive the product. If the courier's storage period has passed without the receipt procedure being completed, we may not be able to deliver the product to you in time for the live performance.
