[Synopsis]
Armed with only her smartphone and charger, 15-year-old Koko took a seven-hour train ride from the gloomy town.
Kabukicho, Shinjuku. Going through a shiny arch, there is a movie theater with a giant frozen monster inside, and next to it is a grey void.
There, boys and girls with a lot of homework piled up would create a "neighborhood" and hang out.
This is a Reiwa-era underground youth graffiti film that centers around the Toyoko Kids, a group of young people who hang out on the side of buildings in Kabukicho, dress and behave in eccentric ways, and have become a social problem.
