[Introduction]
"Even if you are struggling, look forward."
Includes behind-the-scenes stories of the struggles of song production, thoughts on sex education in Japan, and stories of the struggles of raising children.
This is a collection of sharp, gentle, and humorous essays by SEKAI NO OWARI member and writer Fujisaki Saori, in which she shares her true feelings and stories that she could only express in writing.

As I was reflecting on the live performance that day, Fukase said to me:
"Saori-chan always seems to be struggling with all sorts of problems."
"Screw?"
"Yeah, he always has a difficult look on his face. It feels like he's really worried."
As Fukase says, the way I worry isn't "worrying" or "mourning," but rather "screwing around."
The word "screw" brings to mind the image of gears of various sizes intertwined.
The gears turn back and forth, trying this and that.
The gears try to turn somehow, although they don't mesh properly and stop many times.
Screw, screw. It sounded like it was coming from inside my own head.

[Message from the author]
I wanted to write and have people read it. This desire became so strong inside me that I spent several years feeling like I was twisting and turning inside out.
I may have been a little too honest because I was stuck and anxious about the project, but writing this essay was a relief to me.
I would be happy if you read it.
