Actor Dori Sakurada will release his second photo book, his first in about five years, on Saturday, December 7th, his 28th birthday.
This photo book was created around the theme of "The 27 Club," which was also his own idea.
Sakurada has many hobbies, from music to manga, and the content focuses on fashion, which he considers a form of personal expression.
We took a wide range of photos, from fashion and street to more private.
In addition, the book also includes a themed conversation with four people who are currently active in various fields.
The acting was handled by Takeru Satoh, the music by TAKUYA∞ (UVERworld), styling by Takuya Takagi, representative of OCEAN TOKYO, and for the main theme of this event, fashion, it was Noriaki Moriguchi, fashion director of GQ JAPAN.
This interview reveals Sakurada's thoughts and feelings from various perspectives, making it a fascinating read even for those who are not fans.
It's a very impressive book, with 144 pages.

For this photo book, I chose the theme "The 27 Club."
"The 27 Club" is a term that collectively refers to MUSICIANS and globally influential people who died at the age of 27, but by being able to create this photo book at the age of 27, I wanted to mark the end of Dori Sakurada 's 27 years and use this as a starting point from which he can continue to rise even higher.
The four people I had the opportunity to speak with in this dialogue are all people I met and who influenced me before I was 27 years old.
This interview made me realize once again that I cannot compete with Takeru Satoh, and I felt the passion, ambition, and strength as a person from Takagi, the representative of OCEAN TOKYO.
I think Moriguchi is truly a fashion god, and TAKUYA∞'s music is imbued with his way of life.
It also includes interviews with four people who are important to me, and who make me want to carry on their will.
And when Takashi Hirano, who took the photos, saw the first one or two patterns that he took, he felt really glad that he had been photographed by him.
Not only the facial expressions, but also the way the costumes were used and the composition of the photographs were taken into consideration, turning each photograph into a work of art.
I was able to create this photo book with people who were indispensable in expressing Dori Sakurada at this point in time.
I think I've created a photo book that is filled with my natural inner self.
