Chihayafuru is a hit manga with a total circulation of over 29 million copies, which passionately depicts the lives of high school students who devote their youth to competitive karuta.
It was made into a live-action trilogy in 2016 and 2018, and produced many popular actors, earning it praise as a "monumental coming-of-age film."
It has also been decided that an original story will be produced in collaboration with the original author, Yuki Suetsugu, which will weave a story set 10 years after the events of the film "Chihayafuru"!
The overflowing passion will be passed on to new generations without fading.
The high school students of the Reiwa era who have inherited the baton will put their entire youth on the line to take on competitive karuta.
