[Synopsis]
Ministry of Education bureaucrat Mikami Takashi (Matsuzaka Tori) teaches class 2, year 3, at the private Rintoku Academy.
Mikami's class begins in front of 29 students. The 29 students in the class face each other with their own thoughts, but a question posed by Mikami creates ripples that motivate the students.
