Those HEROs (medical team) are back!

[TOKYO MER] -- A large vehicle equipped with an operating room, the ER car, rushes to the scene of an accident or disaster,
This is a life-saving medical team directly under the governor of Tokyo that fights for patients without regard for their own safety.
They have only one mission: to ensure that no one dies.
An explosion occurs at Yokohama Landmark Tower, causing an unprecedented emergency with thousands of people fleeing.
"There are lives that cannot be saved by just waiting," says Chief Doctor Kitami, who insists that they must head to the scene as soon as possible. However, Chief Kamoie of YOKOHAMA MER, a cold-hearted elite group newly established by the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare, holds completely opposite beliefs, saying, "If we don't wait in a safe place, we won't be able to save lives that could be saved."
193 people are stranded on the 70th floor. Explosions occur one after another, and flames approach the people! In the confusion, many people are seriously injured, but the flames and smoke prevent rescue helicopters from approaching. It's a dire situation...
Furthermore, it is discovered that Chiaki, who remarried Kitami, is also left behind in the building.
Chiaki was in the late stages of pregnancy and was at risk of premature birth...

In this desperate situation, Kitami recalls the tragedy that took the life of his beloved sister, Suzuka...
