  *An application form will appear when you proceed to the shopping cart; please fill it out.
  
  ■ Winner Notification

  *Only winners will receive a winning notification email.
  
  ■ Application Notes
  Please note that we cannot accept any changes or cancellations to your application.
  *Each product allows you to enter once per performance. There is no limit to the number of entries.
  *Applications can be submitted via PC or mobile phone. After logging in, please follow the instructions to apply.
  
  ■Regarding identity verification
  Identity verification will be conducted upon entry to this event.
  The winner must bring the following items on the day of the event.
  In the unlikely event that you are unable to bring the required item, you will be denied entry. Thank you for your understanding.
  - Winning screen
  (A mobile phone or other device capable of displaying the winning screen, or a printout of the entire winning screen)
  * Winning screens forwarded by others, screenshots, captures, or partial printouts are invalid.
  ・Photo ID (driver's license, passport, student ID with photo, employee ID with photo, My Number Card (notification card not accepted), etc.)
  If you do not have a photo ID, please provide a document that can verify the address registered at the time of winning.
  Please bring at least two official documents, such as a certificate of eligibility (a notification of eligibility information is not acceptable), a resident registration certificate, or a utility bill statement (even if it is in the name of the head of household).
  *Expired identification documents and copies are invalid. Furthermore, any certificates verified online are not accepted as valid identification documents.
  *Only original copies of the resident registration certificate issued by the respective municipal office within the last three months, containing the name of the participant, are valid.
  *Please note that if the customer information provided when you win the event does not match the information on the above identification documents, you will not be able to participate for any reason.
  *If we determine that the photo on your identification document is clearly different from your actual face, we reserve the right to refuse your participation.
  *When using your Individual Number Card (My Number Card) as identification, please use a dedicated card case and present only the front side (the side with your photo). Please be careful not to present the back side (the side with your individual number printed on it). We will not look at the back of your Individual Number Card (My Number Card) during identity verification.
  *The Individual Number (My Number) notification card (a paper card without a photo that has your Individual Number printed on it) cannot be used as identification.
  
  *Please note that the resale, transfer, or acquisition of event application rights or winning rights is strictly prohibited.
  *The winning rights are valid for one person only (ages 3 and up).
  *The winning rights are valid only for the winner. Participation by a representative is not permitted for any reason. Please note.
  
  ■Event Precautions
  *Bringing food and drinks into the venue is prohibited. Only drinks in sealed plastic bottles are permitted.
  *During the event, recording, filming, or taking photographs with any equipment is prohibited.
  *Please note that sitting, gathering, etc., in or around the venue, including during the event, is prohibited as it will cause inconvenience to other customers.
  *Please note that various restrictions may be put in place at the event to prevent accidents and disruptions on the day.
  *There are no lockers or cloakrooms at the venue. Please manage your belongings at your own risk. Also, as space is limited, please leave any large luggage with us in advance before coming to the venue.
  *For security reasons, we may inspect or temporarily hold your luggage. Thank you for your understanding.
  *Transportation costs to the venue will be the responsibility of the customer.
  *To ensure the smooth running of the event, please follow the instructions of the staff on the day of the event.
  *We regret to inform you that we are unable to accept flower stands, dressing room flowers, flower arrangements, etc. Thank you for your understanding.
  *We respectfully decline to accept letters, gifts, or other items, although we appreciate your kind intentions.
  *If you are bringing a child under 2 years old, you will need to hold your child while participating.
  *Bringing in dangerous materials or alcoholic beverages, and entering the premises while intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol, is strictly prohibited.
  *Please note that the event may be unavoidably canceled or the content changed due to weather, unforeseen problems, or circumstances related to the artist.
  *Please note that we reserve the right to refuse your participation in the event if you do not follow the rules or if the organizers deem your actions to be dangerous.
  *Please note that in the event that the event is unavoidably changed, canceled, or interrupted due to unforeseen circumstances, the organizers and performers will not be held liable for any damages resulting therefrom.
  *Please note that we may consider postponing, canceling, or changing the content of the event due to the spread of COVID-19 or unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters.
