＜Synopsis＞
The governor of Tokyo (Matsushita) and his daughter happen to be present during a bank robbery in Tokyo and get caught up in it. For some reason, the bullet is not at the tip of the gun.
The bullet hits the toe of a lonely old man (Ito). The case is investigated by a skilled career detective (Higashi/Fukazawa) and a retired police officer (Higashi/Fukazawa).
The pair, led by Ishii and Koto, notice the strange trajectory of the bullet, but the investigation hits a dead end. The old man's secret is a major factor in this mysterious case.
As a result of this incident, the old man enrolls in the night school of the Magic School, but the people he spends his student life with
Eventually, the students and teachers learn of the lonely old man's wish and unite behind him...
