【story】
Let's laugh, just like we used to—
In the 1990s, when high school girls all over Japan wore loose socks and the kogal boom was at its peak, six close friends from a high school girl group called "Sunny" enjoyed their youth to the fullest. Now, 22 years later, they have all become adults with their own problems.
Nami, a housewife living a comfortable life, reunites with her old best friend, Serika, one day, only to discover that Serika is suffering from terminal cancer. "I want to see everyone one last time before I die." To fulfill Serika's wish, Nami sets out to make it happen. Will Yuko, Kokoro, Ume, and Nana—their former friends—be able to safely reunite before Serika?
This story, which weaves together two eras—high school days overflowing with dreams and excitement, and the present day that has lost its former brilliance—culminates in an unexpectedly moving conclusion, driven by strong feelings and deep love!
