[Synopsis]
Kota is a clumsy but kind-hearted young man. Shinji, the only best friend, died in a junior high school, protecting his classmate Chika, who was worshiped as the "Goddess of the Milky Way," from a traffic accident.
Ten years later, Tanabata, the anniversary of Shinji's death. Kota and Chika happen to meet again at Koenji.
"I wonder if we can meet again." "Let's do that. Where we met today, next year today ... again." Every year, the two meet at Tanabata and take a walk on Kannana-dori.
