【story】
Legendary yakuza Kuroda Ryu (Tamaki Hiroshi), who was once feared as an "immortal dragon", washed his legs after marrying Miku (Kawaguchi Haruna) and became the strongest househusband with a daughter Himawari (Shiratori Tama) who is not related by blood. Toki) and the three of them lived peacefully.
One day, a villainous janitor led by Kondo (Kotaro Yoshida) appears in the city. What they are aiming for is the land of "Karyu Nursery School" where Shiraishi (Yumi Adachi) serves as the director. Before long, Torajiro (Kenichi Takifuji), a former martial arts yakuza who now runs a crepe shop, and his younger sister Toraharu (Marika Matsumoto), a former president of the ladies' club, join Tatsu's group, but the boy is abandoned in front of Tatsu's house. Problems appear one after another, such as the "hidden child disturbance" being raised, and a love battle over the dragon between Miku and Miku because Toraharu fell in love with the dragon's chivalrous spirit!
In order to put an end to the conflict, the dragon will start the "biggest summer festival in history" to put an end to everything!
