<Pre-sale mail order acceptance period>
From 18:00 on Tuesday, August 6, 2024 to 23:59 on Sunday, August 18, 2024
For customers who place orders during the above period, shipments will begin in late August 2024, and are scheduled to be completed by Friday, August 23, 2024.
●If you order this product together with other "pre-order" or "pre-order" products, all the products will be shipped together once the product with the latest shipping date is in stock. Items will not necessarily be shipped in the order of orders received. If you choose to pay by convenience store/electronic payment, please make your payment within the payment deadline stated in the order completion email. If you miss the payment deadline even by one day, we may not be able to deliver the product in time for the live show.

●We cannot accept requests for specific delivery dates and times. If you are not at home on the delivery date, please follow the absence notice provided by the courier to receive the product. *If you are in a VIP seat and have entered the venue for the sound check rehearsal, you will not be able to re-enter or exit until the end of the performance. We recommend that customers who wish to purchase merchandise use the advance mail order service.
*If a product purchased through the advance sale is defective, it will be exchanged through A! A!SMART. Please note that we cannot provide exchange services at the venue.
Please note that depending on when you contact us, we may not be able to exchange your tickets in time for the day of the concert, so please contact us as soon as possible.
