[Synopsis]
Roman emperor Caligula (Masaki Suda) loses his beloved sister and disappears. Aristocrats who are stagnation in national affairs and go back and forth. Three days later, Caligula finally appears and asks Ericon (Ayumi Tanida) secretly to help with the impossible. On the other hand, as a king, he suddenly declared the confiscation of property from all the people and confused the people. It's been 3 years since then. The Caligula was doing everything he could to be a tyrant, including executions, embezzlement, robbing aristocratic wives to work in public brothels, closing civilian food depots and causing famine. Everyone was afraid of Caligula, but Sezonia (Natsuko Akiyama) strives to be his understanding and continues to snuggle up with tremendous free love. Scipion (Mahiro Takasugi) is connected to the deepest part of his heart through the art of poetry, even though his father is killed by Caligula. Only the talented Kerea (Atsushi Hashimoto) plans to assassinate if it is not good for the world to keep Caligula alive. Caligula senses the situation, but goes to ruin to get the impossible ...
