[Synopsis]
A sacred and cheerful atmosphere permeates the wedding hall - amidst the applause of congratulatory voices, the groom Hayashida Kazuomi (Fujii Ryusei) and the bride Sayaka (Igeta Hiroe) pledge their eternal love. Although the number of guests is small, including Sayaka's friends Ozaki Airi (Takeda Rena) and Hashimoto Chie (Ohara Yuno), Kazuomi's friends Sugiura Makoto (Robin Furuya), Kimura Naoto (Furuya Ryotoshi), Mori Akira (Suzuki Airi), and Sayaka's mother, Matsushita Yuki, the ceremony and reception proceed in a warm and harmonious atmosphere. However, Sakuraba Sogaku (Shimejikake Ryuya), who is participating as the photographer, is bored with the ceremony's predictable and hypocritical progression.
Meanwhile, Sayaka is performing the violin at the wedding reception when tragedy suddenly strikes! Her face is distorted with pain, and the violin falls from her hands. In the next moment, Sayaka coughs up blood and collapses!
Kazuomi runs up to Sayaka, Kaori continues to call her name, and the venue is in an uproar...
Kazuomi is exhausted and panicked in the apartment that was "supposed" to be his and Sayaka's new home, and Kaori advises him to calm down and think things through. However, shortly afterwards, Sakuraba comes to visit and tells Kazuomi that "Sayaka may have been poisoned," to his shock...!
