【DETAIL】
This design features a more relaxed silhouette than a standard T-shirt, and Sleeve length are slightly longer to improve breathability when worn.
We improved the pattern-making process to address the issue of pockets appearing distorted due to the shoulder slope caused by the wide silhouette, and pursued a balanced appearance when worn.
The cuffs and hem feature a hand-stitched-like stitch called "Tenchi Stitch," which adds a soft touch. Furthermore, the Tenchi Stitch and the bar tacks on the pockets are color-coordinated with the fabric, creating a subtle design within the basic base color.
This basic T-shirt has a simple design, but with attention to detail that gives it a strong presence.
【FABRIC】
We've packed a story we've put our heart into into "BASIC Tenjiku."
The focus was on how to eliminate the twisting that occurs in the direction of the yarn's twist and the direction of the fabric's knitting.
By dividing the knitting structure with yarns of the same twist direction and knitting down the jersey knit structure which is divided into front and back, the forces generated in a certain direction are dispersed.
We have created a material that is less transparent, less prone to twisting, and has a dense texture.
This material is made from a knitted fabric that has been given ample volume, and then treated with our unique dyeing and finishing process, "BRING OUT ECO+®"*, demonstrating our commitment to environmental sustainability.
*BRING OUT ECO+® refers to an environmentally friendly dyeing method and material that uses environmentally conscious chemicals and optimizes each step of the dyeing process.
This processing method can reduce water usage and CO₂ emissions during the process by more than 30% compared to conventional dyeing methods.
Various initiatives are underway to reduce the burden on the environment and society.
We actively incorporate environmentally conscious manufacturing practices, such as processing technologies that reduce carbon dioxide emissions and conserve water and energy during the manufacturing process.
