Environmental and water pollution caused by the mass disposal of disposable plastics has become a global issue, and the movement to eliminate disposable plastic products and switch to alternative products is accelerating. The paper bottom hanger, which uses MAPKAR as the main material, features a simple design with the "Fukuyamaya" and "So idea" logos. MAPKAR is a new material made by powdering high-quality waste paper and broke paper, and pelletizing the paper powder as the main raw material with polyolefin resin as a binder. It was developed as a material that can be molded in the same way as conventional plastic materials, such as by injection molding, extrusion molding, sheet molding, and thermoforming, and has attracted so much attention that it is being called a post-plastic raw material. Until now, paper hangers have mostly been made by cutting cardboard with a mold, but the main body of this product is three-dimensionally molded. In addition, since the main body is treated as paper, it can be incinerated, which makes it possible to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by approximately 35%.
