【story】
Kenshin arrives in Kyoto to stop Shishio, who is aiming to conquer Japan. Kenshin jumps into the sea to save Kaoru, who was kidnapped by Shishio. Kenshin begs Seijuro to teach him the secret technique.
On the other hand, when Shishio finds out that Kenshin is alive, he pressures the government and orders Kenshin to be publicly beheaded for assassination during the time of killing people. Will Kenshin, who is in the greatest danger, be able to overcome the worst enemy and meet the missing Kaoru alive again?
