【story】
Hearing a melody. Engraved in his heart. Ever since that day... Souta, a researcher at a chemical manufacturer assigned to work in Bangkok, happens to reunite with Kai, his first love who suddenly disappeared during their university days, on his first day there. The melody Kai played back then still echoes in the depths of Souta's heart. Kai, who works as a photographer and also pursues music, is shaken by the unexpected reunion. As they spend time in Bangkok, where the hustle and bustle intersect, the six-year gap begins to fill. However, Souta, ever cautious, is overcome with the pain of his unrequited love for Kai, and tells himself, "It'll never happen." He tries to treat Kai the same as before, but seeing Kai, who has grown independent and strong in a foreign country, he feels an unexpected distance between them. Meanwhile, Souta hears rumors that Kai will be performing an unfinished song he's been working on since his student days, "the first song he wants the person he loves to hear," at a live concert for the first time, and an overwhelming sense of emotion wells up within him. Although they care about each other, the two keep missing each other. Their unrequited love eventually...
