<Pre-sale order acceptance period>
From Friday, April 26, 2024 at 21:15 to Monday, May 6, 2024 at 23:59
For customers who place orders during the above period, shipments will begin in mid-June 2024, and are scheduled to be completed by Wednesday, June 19, 2024.
●If you order this product together with other "pre-order" or "pre-order" products, all the products will be shipped together once the product with the latest shipping date is in stock. Items will not necessarily be shipped in the order of orders received. Shipping dates may be earlier or later depending on the number of items ordered, the payment method, the destination region, and the current stock status..
If you choose to pay by convenience store/electronic payment, please make your payment within the payment deadline stated in the order completion email. If you miss the payment deadline even by one day, we may not be able to deliver the product in time for the live show.
●We cannot accept any changes to your order after it has been confirmed, or cancellations due to customer convenience.
●We cannot accept requests for specific delivery dates and times. If you are not at home on the delivery date, please follow the absence notice provided by the courier to receive the product. If the courier's storage period expires without you receiving the product, we will not be able to deliver it to you in time for the concert.
● Please note that there is only a limited quantity of pre-event online sales products, and they are only available while supplies last.
