Balming Tiger, known as the most unique alternative collective in K-POP history, has released their latest song "Wash Away" on a 7-inch exclusively in Japan. The song is the theme song for the NHK drama "Tokyo Salad Bowl" starring Nao and Ryuhei Matsuda, and features a fast-paced band sound with a nostalgic yet modern pop feel that highlights the individuality of both male and female vocalists. The song was ranked #1 on the J-WAVE TOKIO HOT 100 chart (dated 25' 3/2), which has become a hot topic.
Balming Tiger is a multinational alternative K-Pop group, arts and culture collective that brings together people who want to spread their joyful influence all over the world. They represent the younger generation of modern society, have a creative vision that reflects the times in their work, and aim to popularize themselves on the global stage.
The current members are players Omega Sapien, Mudd the student, sogumm, bj wnjn, director San Yawn, producer Unsinkable, video Jan' Qui, video and producer Leesuho, A&R/DJ Abyss, multi-instrumentalist Hong Chanhee, and promoter/editor Henson Hwang. Birming Tiger has gathered talented people from various artistic fields to form a borderless group that allows for diverse activities that are not limited to a specific direction, and has released many works online, including a song featuring BTS leader RM, which is gaining recognition in the major field.
