As we are implementing the most technically advanced security measures for processing customer orders, please rest assured your data are safe with us as you shop at our website (*If you are using a terminal (i.e., PC) behind a firewall, it is possible that you may not be able to access our server using SSL. Product information

○Sales price

All sales prices are indicated in Japanese yen. The currency exchange rate at the time of payment settlement will be applied.

○Currency exchange rate

Please note that our company shall not be held responsible for any price change risk that is caused by fluctuation in currency exchange rate.

○Product replacement and product return

We are unable to accept any product replacement or product return requests. However, if any product becomes damaged while being transported, it may be covered by the transportation company’s insurance in some cases.

Ordering and payment procedures

○Finalization of orders (execution of the sale-purchase contract)

Each order is finalized when the ORDER COMPLETE is displayed.

○Order cancellation and modification

Once an order has been completed, we are unable to accept any customer request to cancel the order (contract) due to the customer’s own reason in regard to all products that are included in the order.
We are unable to accept any customer request to modify the order.
Please also note that, if an order for multiple products has been placed at the same time, we are unable to ship the products in several installments even if the customer requests us to do so.

○Ordering by email, telephone or fax

We are unable to take orders by email, phone, or fax.

○Shipping of ordered products

If you place an order with us for multiple products at the same time, we will ship all the products together as soon as the last product item has been obtained by us.
Therefore, we ask you to please check the scheduled shipping date when placing an order.
*Please note that we are unable to accommodate any customer request to ship products in several installments.

○Confirmation of order information and order processing status

When the ordering process has been normally completed, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
・Incorrect email address entry
・Incoming email rejection setting and domain filter
┗Please set ‘asmart.jp’ as an acceptable domain for receiving emails from us.
・Checking of the junk email folder
┗When you are using free email services such as Yahoo! mail, Gmail, Hotmail, etc., emails from us may get sorted into your junk email folder mistakenly.

■Payment methods

You have a choice of making your payment to us either by credit card or through PayPal.
All payments will be settled in Japanese yen.
In regard to the rate to be used for converting between different currencies, the rate as specified by the credit card’s company or PayPal at the time of settlement shall apply.

We accept credit cards that are issued by VISA, MASTER, JCB, Diners, and AmericanExpress.

・We do not accept installment payments.
・A!Smart will appear as the payee on your credit card bill.
・Your payment must be settled right when you place your order with us.

The security code is the three-digit (or four-digit in some cases) numbers that are printed on the reverse side of your credit card.

○PayPal

・If you intend to make payment to us using PayPal, you need to first set up your personal account with PayPal.
・When you are at the shopping cart screen, please select PayPal as your preferred payment method and then log into PayPal.
・After making sure that the shipping recipient information, address, and total amount of payment are all correct, please click the ‘Agree and Continue’ button, which will complete the payment procedure.


Shipping information

○As for the shipping method, please choose either DHL or TENSO.

○Specification of the delivery date and time

Please note that we are unable to accept any customer request as to which date and time the package should delivered for all products.
If you were not available to receive your delivery, we ask you to please contact your transportation company on your own responsibility.

○If the product acceptance period has expired

We ask you to please contact your transportation company on your own responsibility.

Please accept your ordered product(s) under any circumstances.
Even in a case where a customer declines to accept any ordered product(s) due to its own reason, we are unable to offer any refund. In addition, if the same customer keeps on declining to accept its ordered products in several instances due to its own reason, we reserve the right to limit the customer’s use of A!Smart service at our sole discretion, so please be aware of such possibility.

○Customs duties

Each customer shall be responsible for paying their customs duties that accrue.

The amount of customs duties to be charged in each case shall be decided by the customs office of the country where the importation process takes place.
In this connection, A!Smart shall not be held responsible for cases where the product delivery is stopped by the local customs office. If you have chosen to use DHL, please contact their local customer service for more details.

・If you order merchandise, etc. of artists that are going on a tour or running events, the product delivery may take one month or even longer in some cases.
・If you wish to place an order for a product that is yet to be become commercially available, please visit the product detail page and check when the expected shipment date is before actually placing the order.
Please also note that the delivery of your ordered product(s) may be delayed due to any of the following reasons:

●if there has been an overwhelming volume of customer orders;
●if there has been any erroneous information provided by the customer (not providing required information, entering incorrect information, incorrect amount of payment, etc.);
●if the product that has been ordered has become temporarily out of stock;
●if any force majeure event such as inclement weather disrupts the normal delivery process;
●if the delivery period coincides with any Japanese holiday(s); or
●if it takes longer than usual for the ordered product(s) to reach us.

○Applicable weight

In regard to the calculation of the applicable weight for the each shipping, if its volume weight exceeds the actual weight, the charge will be calculated based on the volume weight by converting every 5,000cm3 to 1.0kg pursuant to the IATA (International Air Transport Association) rules.

○Remote area delivery service and surcharge

If your ship-to address is designated as one of the ‘specified remote areas,’ we will add a remote area delivery surcharge to your invoice.

○Insurance

An insurance policy may be purchased voluntarily. The premium will be 1.2% of the declared value of the shipping or JPY 2,500, whichever is higher.

○Shipping tracking

When you receive an email from us notifying that the shipping process has been made, your shipping tracking number is also included in the email.

○Number of days required for the product(s) to be delivered to you after shipping.

Please see the reference information that corresponds to your area, although the actual time to delivery varies depending on what products are included in the package and what their declared value is.
As this is just reference information, it may actually take longer for the package to be delivered to you, depending on the customs clearance situation at the time.

Asia: 1 to 3 days (In the case of China, it may take longer due to its customs clearance procedure.)
North America: 1 to 4 days
Europe: 2 to 5 days
Middle and Near East, Africa: 2 to 5 days
Pacific (AUS, NZ, etc.): 1 to 4 days

Creating an account

○What is an A!SMART account?

When you use A!SMART services, you can choose to create an A!SMART account.
Creating an account is free.
If you have an A!SMART account, you will be among the first to receive the e-zine with information on special offers and the latest news about our goods.

○What is My Page?

It's your own personal webpage exclusive to A!SMART account holders.
You can change your account details, view your order history, and register your fan club and member website details.

○What is fan club and member website details registration?

By registering your login ID (account number, email address, etc.) and password on the fan clubs and member websites you join through the A!SMART My Page as designated by Amuse Inc., the next time you shop you will not need to enter your fan club and member website details and you will be able to order limited sale goods with ease.

○Points to note

If you have forgotten your login ID (account number, email address, etc.) and/or password for a fan club or member website you have joined, please check the website that you joined.

If you change your login ID (account number, email address, etc.) and/or password for a fan club or member website you have joined, you will also need to go to the A!SMART “Register fan club & member website information” page and update that information yourself. Please be aware that that information is not automatically updated.

Even if you close your account or make changes to your A!SMART account details, including address, phone number, etc. on your A!SMART My Page, none of the details you have registered on your fan club and member websites will be changed.

For inquiries about joining a fan club or member site, or about ticket priority, please contact the fan club or member site directly.

○E-zine

A!SMART account holders are among the first to receive the e-zine with information on special offers including the latest news about artist goods and limited item releases. The e-zine comes out on an occasional basis. To receive the A!SMART e-zine, please set your device to receive messages from the “asmart.jp” domain.

If you no longer wish to receive emails, please uncheck “Receive” under “Email notifications from A!SMART” on your My Page.

○Closing your account

To close your A!SMART account go to “Closing your A!SMART account” on your My Page on the A!SMART website.
If you close your account, your A!SMART account information will be deleted and you will not be able to check your purchases history, but if you have already completed a goods order, your order will not be cancelled.
