[Synopsis]
The owner, Saeba? (Takaya Kamikawa) is a man who seems to be in a good mood, but his true identity is a brilliant sweeper called "City Hunter". His business is to discipline and dispose of the evils in the city upon receiving a request.
He had a partner, Kaori Makimura (Saki Aibu), who was also a partner and fiancé. However, one day, Kaori is involved in an unexpected accident and loses her life. Stunned?
